Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your acoustic window treatment, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Custom Items

Custom-sized or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us if you believe your custom item has a defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item to the address we provide
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the new item has a higher price.
